Key Terms & Conditions
No Unauthorized Maintenance
No Changes/Repairs are to be made to the vehicle without prior authorization
No Tampering With GPS
Any tampering with the GPS trackers that are installed in the vehicle is considered a breach of contract.
No Unauthorized Drivers
It only cost $50 to add a driver to your rental contract, having unauthorized persons drive the vehicle is also considered a breach of contract.
No Smoking
Smoking in the vehicle will cause you to forfeit your deposit in order to cover cleaning and detailing fees.
Failure to Communicate
Please communicate any and every thing that is going on with the vehicle. We understand that all vehicles break down or have issues.
Stay Mobile
We want you to stay mobile and able to get from point A to Point B. We also do our best to help you get there both safely and comfortably.

**Driver Requirements**
Renters must submit proof of income.
-Have a valid drivers license.
-Be at least 30 years old.
**Prohibited Activities:**
- Smoking
- Excessive alcohol consumption
- Drug use
- Violating traffic regulations
**Insurance Requirements:**
- Renters must have insurance or obtain insurance through the rental company.
- Payment in full is required before the rental period begins.
-All accidents, regardless of their severity, must be reported promptly. Failure to do so will be considered a breach of contract and may result in the vehicle’s repossession.
**Driving Permissions:**
- Only the names listed on the rental agreement are authorized to operate the vehicle.
- A rental day is defined as a being from 9am-9am. Renters may extend their rental period by one day up to one hour before the scheduled end time.Failure to pay by 8am will result in a 15$ late fee.
**Vehicle Tracking:**
- All vehicles are equipped with tracking devices. Tampering with the tracking device will result in the termination of the rental agreement.
**Mileage Restrictions:**
- There is no mileage limit for the rental period.
**In-Town and Out-of-Town Agreements:**
- Rental agreements may be in-town or out-of-town.
- Vehicles may not be taken out of town while on an in-town agreement. Doing so will result in the repossession of the vehicle and the termination of the rental agreement.
